Spiritual Lyric was born in a small town in Minnesota. His mother played a major role in encouraging him to write music and when he was 17 he started recording.
Spiritual Lyric records at the famous Terrarium, a studio Prince was also familiar with. Along with greats like Prince, some of his musical influences include 2Pac, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, BB King, Scarface, Whitney Houston, and Aaliyah.
Similar to these musicians Spiritual Lyric creates a bond with his fanbase through the realism of his lyrics to spread positive messages of encouragement. Spiritual Lyric’s genuine passion for music inspires others to pursue their dreams.
