“The message behind ‘LA Bron’ is a play-on with LeBron James’ name. It symbolizes me having to leave my hometown and go look for better opportunities in Los Angeles, similar to what LeBron did. Throughout the record I’m really just telling you reasons and achievements I’ve accomplished on why I want to leave,” Dre Carter explains.

Adding, “In my last two bars I compare the death of Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, also known as Junior, to my brother and close friend LaRon Brown. They both were 15 and people just sat there and watched as they both were taken from this world way too early.”

“LA Bron” is featured on Dre Carter’s critically acclaimed album “Digital Dementia,” which is available on Spotify and all other online retailers including iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer and many more.

Released fully independently, “Digital Dementia” is a solid effort that fully exhibits the Award-winning rapper’s passion and dedication to his craft. Part of what makes Dre Carter so intriguing is his ability to connect with his listeners. There is an undercurrent of realness and authenticity in his voice. He is living proof that when you follow your heart’s direction it leads you to your passion.

“The concept of ‘Digital Dementia’ comes from people today not remember who they are because of social media. We get so lost in seeing other peoples joy and idea of life that sometimes we forget to live our own,” Dre Carter states.

Dre Carter was already featured in prestigious and popular publications such as AllHipHop.com, HipHopWeekly.com, YoRaps.com, Hype Magazine, ThisIs50.com, Yahoo News and many more.
