DJ Cutmaster $tyle (aka The Playmaker) is a Detroit-based mixtape DJ who has worked on the So So Def team and is famously known for his Street Gospel mixtape, which has made a huge impact in the Southern rap market. Since then, Cutmaster has hosted several mixtapes and is often compared to other mainstream celebrity DJs such as DJ Drama. He is currently a member of 4 International DJ crews: Heat DJs, Nerve DJs, Executive of Detroit’s own Street Hitta DJs, and Operations manager of Pure Truth DJs based out of Dallas, Texas.
For 2019, he brings us his current project, Girl Gang, an all-female mixtape curated by Cutmaster Style with a special guest appearance by Love & Hip Hop: NY’s own Ms. Moe Money, who starts the mixtape off right with her boom bap-laced track, “Moe Money”.
Girl Gang features music from up and coming female rappers such as Moshae, Ms. Crystalanne, Venomiss, Chi Candi, Yatti Bae and more. The Girl Gang mixtape is out now on SoundCloud the Pure Truth DJs website.
