West Coast MC Quiz is no stranger to the L.A. rap scene and he’s letting everyone know he’s feeling like he’s “Dipped in Gold” on his new single.
He’s been paying his dues and making a name for himself since bursting on to the scene in 2013 with his Dope Kicks Fresh Hats project. He’s toured with Glasses Malone, Tech N9ne, E-40, Kendrick Lamar and others, but took some time off since 2016’s You’re Not Alone project.
He used his time away to perfect his craft, something he directly addresses on “Dipped in Gold”, where he raps “This the shit niggas talking bout, hell yeah nigga, Quiz back, switched it up and took a different route…”
His ability to excel on any route he chooses is evident on the track, where he switches his flows and styles perfectly on the head-nodding and haunting production. You can listen to the new song below.
