Retired NYPD detective Derrick Parker better known as the Hip-Hop cop sat down it’s AGTV and revealed the alleged suspects who are responsible for the murders of the most prolific rap artists in music.
Derrick also says the Tupac and Biggie murders can still be solved but a special unit needs be created to finally put the cold cases to bed.
