Justin Cole better known as “IL Boi” was born and raised in Illinois and is proud to represent the Midwest. Originally hip hop was just a hobby for IL Boi, but now his music has much more meaning to him. Surrounded by the daily struggles within his community, IL Boi aspires to be a game changer and motivate others to reach their full potential. With his previous life experiences, his lyrics are heavily influenced by our everyday struggles and the negativity surrounding the community to bring inspiration to those that are living the struggle.
Violence, poverty, and dismal hope for success, IL Boi wondered about his own future and was motivated to be the voice of his community and showcase how hard work and great work ethic can propel someone into a different direction.
Since the release of “1st One Million”, IL Boi has released a handful of singles, remixes, and videos that continue to receive praise from his fans, local community, and hip hop culture. IL Boi continues to rise in popularity, continues to receive praise for his story, and is gaining the attention of the music industry.
