With the announcement of his debut album, “Out The Hallway”, Massachusetts rapper Ant Ohso Dank dishes out it’s lead single. Titled “Peso”, the DAP Beatz produced bass banger gets a visual treatment from frequent videographer, AMR Filmz.
The release of Ant’s “Peso” marks the third officially released video from the hungry and determined artist. Up to this point, we had only heard Dank over industry beats. This new trap infused hit displays the rapper over all original production, courtesy of DAP Beatz. The two have been cooking up so much dope music the past few months that Ant contracted the producer the exclusively produce his debut album, “Out The Hallway”.
The video was directed by AMR Filmz, who was the man responsible for Ant’s last drop, “Codeine Dreaming”. The east coast native was more hands on for the direction of this video. Together, the duo put forth a colorful presentation that is made up of similar elements of Drake’s “Hotline Bling” video, shot by Director X. With a title like “Peso”, you can expect to see money and hear Ant spit his hustler lingo. He adds in a crow like ad-lib bird call periodically thru the song, adding a unique touch to it.
