Former bodyguard Kevin Hackie allegedly confirmed that shooters of rapper Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls are dead. In the 90’s at the height of the East coast vs. West coast war Hackie worked protecting Tupac during the last months of his life while on Death Row records.
