After the success of his widely popular “El Chapo” single, M.C. of Self Made Family has teamed up with reggae sensation Kevin Lloyd and drops a little something for the ladies, the reggae-infused single “Whine Up”, which is getting major airplay with DJ Will on Power 105.1 FM and DJ K-Yung on both Dash Radio’s XXL Magazine Channel and XM Radio.
M.C. who is a member of the We A Problem collective has been exposed to all walks of life as well as all genres of music growing up. Studying some of the musical greats, he acquired a unique talent and ear for music. M.C. did not only stick to the boundaries of hip hop, but ventured out into other musical genres, such as reggae. With family members in the music industry, he was exposed to the tricks of the trade early in life, making him the polished artist he is today.
Last month, M.C. started a #WhineUpChallenge for the ladies to see who can work the hips the best and the clips started to runneth over. Give your best “Whine Up” on The ‘Gram with the #WhineUpChallenge hashtag.
