West Side Chicago emcee Yung Stakks drops some knowledge on those whose heads are too easily turnt and whose pockets are too easily turnt out in his fresh new visual for “Ballin.” Zaytoven’s catchy beat provides the perfect backdrop as Stakks explains how playing hard to get has helped his pockets gain weight. The single is off Stakks’ Don Cannon-hosted “In My Own Lane” project which hit iTunes back in June and is set to hit DatPiff as a download on 8/23.
For the uninformed, Chicago-based Chine Music released Stakks’ first solo song “Stakk Money” in 2015 and it was quickly named “one of the hottest songs in the city’ by Fakeshore Drive. They followed that up with a ‘mixtape before the mixtape’, “Off My Chest” in late 2015. In May 2016, they leaked “Sell Dope & Gang Bang” Feat. G. Herbo (SDGB) to kick off the iTunes release of Stakks’ first solo project titled “In My Own Lane” which released on iTunes & Spotify in June 2016.
