Radee is a man with a message.
Off to a solid start in the rap game, the flashy entertainer is recognized as a hip hop artist with the vision and fortitude of a mogul in the making…who tells vivid stories through his music. Based in Youngstown, Ohio (affectionately called “Yompton”), this owner and CEO of NSYDE Entertainment is on his way to mainstream visibility. In addition to being a home for area talent, NSYDE also produces club night promotions featuring national rap acts where Radee blesses the stage as opening act.
While is 1st mixtape The Awakening introduced his laid back, relatable sound and infectious charisma, Radee’s latest project Heart of the Streetz is described as gangsta-rap, with a universal message.
Although his music is much more than a hobby, Radee not only shines in the booth, but behind a desk. He is the owner of NSYDE Motor Sports dealing in luxury vehicles, combing his passion for hot cars, music and money.
The successful entrepreneur explains, “I want to reach out to kids and let them know that they don’t have to sell drugs to make money. They can tap into their own truth, get in a studio and make music that resonates with their peers, and if they work at it, they can get out of their circumstances.”
The polished performer takes his position as a role model very seriously as he understands 1st hand the plight of the young people his music speaks to. “I was raised poor and by a single mother with 5 kids, I had to leave school early to take care of my family.” Having to step into man’s role at such an early forced Radee to mature quickly. There was little time to fantasize about being a star, yet music was always somehow a part of his childhood and he wanted to ensure that area youth inspired by this talent and his business savvy.
The NSYDE CEO is in the works to launch his non-profit NSYDE Kids which will aid single parents with life skills that will help them provide better lives for their children. NSYDE Kids helps kids master basic lessons like managing check books, building and protecting credit and becoming a home owner.
Whether inside the studio, building his empire, or giving back to his community, one thing is certain, Radee is bringing his truth to Hip Hop. In an industry so overly commercialized, he deals in real issues like police brutality, sexual assault, domestic violence and things that matter to his people. He’s ready to walk in his destiny as man if the people with a Heart of the Streetz.
