Tim Westwood is in a true “Throwback Thursday” mood today, as he just unearthed a previously unreleased Jay Z freestyle from 1999. Westwood didn’t give many details as to why it took him so long to put the freestyle out, but it’s tough to complain when it comes to some new Hov.

This freestyle is classic Jay from start to finish too, as he spits with that unmatched confidence while dropping an pretty insane number of impressive one-liners for one freestyle. While Hov has been quiet with new music in 2015, it’s never a bad thing to go back through his vaults. Stream the freestyle below.
