The #Take15 challenge was started by health & lifestyle coach Vanessa Cunningham. She mentors women and children in how to move from a negative mentality into a place of enthusiastic action, to become healthier and more confident in their lives.
Cunningham’s Take15 campaign is about taking time, even if it’s only 15 minutes, to nourish your mind, body and spirit.
The campaign challenges people to live well-balanced lives in order to truly thrive personally and professionally.
