In his next venture Spike will leave his footprint in the video production industry for what will be known as the world’s first national music video tour. Starting August 1st, the sought after director will pack up his state of the art House of Shoots production equipment and set off on a 50 city journey collaborating with recording artists all over the country to produce top tier videos for a fraction of the value.
The Memphis native, now based in Atlanta will grant participants of his intensive two day workshop School of Shoots, access to equipment, knowledge, and music artists as a hands on learning experience during the Music Video Live Tour. According to Spike, “during my School of Shoots sessions we train students from across the country in all aspects of film production.” His realization that many interested, aspiring film makers and video producers couldn’t afford the expenses to attend the Atlanta-based workshop, is what led to his concept for the tour itself has no set demographic or music genre limitations. “I want to work with everybody,” Spike expressed. People from all over the country and all walks of life and socio-economic background are signing up for the opportunity to learn from this self-taught master.
The brainchild of this evolutionary tour is ready to give back by making quality videos affordable all across the USA.
