Oowop the Don and former Terror Squad member Cuban Link tells us that “a change is gon’ come” in the Cooler Ruler Divine-produced collaboration single, “State of Emergency”. Cuban Link states on the track that the greed has turned the love into currency, where the problem with the industry truly lies. The duo feels the state of NY hip hop has gone on a downward spiral and they are in the movement to bring the Renaissance back where it belongs.
