He created a promotion team called “Heartless Entertainment” also known as the Bike Chain Gang, providing a a safe haven for inner city kids, that allowed them to pursue their dreams and stay productive. Through this platform, J-Real encourages education, focus, drive, and hard work, giving teens with hands on experience and studio sessions, modeling and promotional marketing skills.
